- Schedule your visit with the school by emailing us or calling us at 937-544-5502
- Learn about the EdChoice Scholarship, then fill out the EdChoice Request Form for new students.
- If income needs to be submitted for your child’s scholarship application, watch the EdChoice Income Verification Submittal and learn how to do properly submit all information.

NOTES
Tuition only covers approximately 60% of the cost of educating each child. The remaining 40% must be raised through fundraising and donations.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors holds it's regular monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 PM. All ACCS Board meetings are open to attend.
